    This was the second time I was in to Regal to have the same issue with my 2017 Camaro. On 07/29/2025 I was in to have the issue of the temperature sensor and the TPMS problem fixed. Your mechanics did not find any issue with the sensor. A simply review online regarding this known problem with Camaro temp sensors should have been common knowledge to GMC, it was to me. Bill $540.58. On 08/20/25 I was in again to Regal for the same sensor issue. I was told it would take five hours to repair and the car kept overnight. Online shows mechanics doing the repair in an hour. Also after having the TPMS repaired on 07/29/25, there were additional problems found with the TPMS on this second visit - only 3 weeks prior was fixed and now required additional work. Bill $1298.33. Rob Young, service tech, advised me the sensor was replaced however the verbiage on the bill states the thermostat was replaced so at this point I have no idea was was done or not done. At 67 years old I find this a very expensive repair for a very simple thing.

    Made appt for 1045... Arrived at 1030. Needed oil change, tires rotated, slow leak checked in one tire, and passenger running board lubed so it came down more consistent. Waiting in shop took over two hours to complete. When done, told me I had a stripped stud on wheel mount, but didn't offer to fix. Handed me the nut to fix it myself I guess. Tires were rotated but they said they couldn't find a leak. They filled all tired to 35psi. And now that tire is down to 30psi. (Front right). Never mentioned addressing running board so I can't answer that. Did mention that motor had a oil leak... But didn't address a time for me to get it fixed. I have extended warranty so he did say it would be covered. So many things were just different, it makes one feel did they actually do an oil change. Nothing on carpet to protect it out cover on steering wheel. Car is usually washed but I didn't see any indication of it.

    I went there to balance all 4 tires. Chrissy like always was very kind and professional with everything. Making sure that all the process was smooth. She is the best. My car is running great!

    Requested for oil change and tire rotation. So why did the tech not put air in tires? Did they even rotate the tires probably not your service department is so dishonest! Something always happens when I come here on why you all just can't be honest!

    Chrissy was great with this tire purchase. I called Friday after 4:00 to inquire about some tire pricing. The parts department coordinated with Chrissy to get me a firm price in a few minutes. When I confirmed the price, I asked for an alignment to be done as well, and she had gone the extra step to already include that in the quote when first presented! Talk about service! Now for the fun part, the quote for my 4 tires was $250 cheaper than the competitor and the competitor had not included an alignment! The perception that dealerships are not the places to go for tires is insane...this is clearly the place to go! We ordered them Friday afternoon, they were delivered Monday and installed on Tuesday. Chrissy was communicative the entire time and even made sure my car was ready on time and pulled up to the front when I was finished. Could not be happier with my experience!
