Lack of customer service poor quality of care to my truck. 2 hrs for an oil change truck was not washed and no service personnel contacted me with what was done fluid inspection brakes life or next oil change

I was provide some excellent info regarding my vehicle, Daniel (hopefully I got the name right) gave me all the info I needed and was probably one of the best customer service experiences I had in a long time at a dealership. Definitely will return back to this location.

Did not wash the truck or offer to wash truck Tire pressure was not checked in the 7 point inspection. Right rear tire on passenger side was low.

Professional service

I brought my problems to the attention of the service department and my problems were solved in no time and done in a professional manner. I will return in the future when service is needed for my vehicle.

The girls at the Honda dealership where they told me to go pick up my car that I dropped off at the GMC mechanics were wonderful very pleasant can’t recall their names but everyone in that sales department who helped me retrieve my vehicle or awesome as for the GMC dealership, I was not too happy with the service as they keep telling me that my surging RPMs is normal and as I drove at home, I felt a little better and now is actually in worse shape

Was able to get diagnostics done and then instead of paying for diagnostics I ended up getting the repairs so the diagnostic didn't have to be and it was all done in one day and I was kept up-to-date on progress of my car repairs. Excellent service great waiting area.
