Your company is a rip off!!! With prices...!!!!! I will not be returning ever! For any kind of maintenance. I rather take my business elsewhere!!! Danny was great tho not his fault

Staff was great. Wait was long. Showed up with appt at 220 for oil change and tire rotation and to look at heating issue. Car done at 5pm

Helped me get into a vehicle I have been wanting for quite a while.

I took my truck for service this Saturday. I kept checking the app to see the status of my truck and it was never updated so on my end it kept showing me that the truck was just checked in, but it hadn’t started it service yet. Which was a little disappointing that they did not keep up with the status. Also, there was oil handprints on my fender. There was oil on my door panel and on the kickplate when you get in the truck, my truck is brand new and only has 35,000 miles on it. It is a very expensive truck that I am very proud of so I was really disappointed to see the oil all over it.

From an individual that purchased the vehicle from lakeland regal.I feel like your diagnostic fees are way overpriced.Especially for a repeating customer.235 dollars to diagnose an issue with a customer's vehicle.And then turn around and charge them to repair.The issue is ridiculous.
