Service department was well staffed and provided excellent customer service. I was early for my appointment and they got me in right away. Communications were good from the beginning. This following is not a complaint or gripe, just a suggestion. An estimate on time to complete the work would be nice. Nothing binding, just a rough time to help plan out a day-how long will I be without a vehicle, should I wait for it or make other arrangements?

All I can say about these guys is if there is a deal to be made they will find it. When everyone else said no they said yes. That being said I did have to meet there terms. Such as down payment and what have ya. Make sure you look over everything Remember it's a used car lot just the same. Thanks everyone for all your hard work

I've purchased many new cars over the years, and each and every time (prior to this time) it has been an ordeal that has lasted over 4 hours. And on one unfortunate occasion around 8 hours. I can honestly say that purchasing our 2022 Yukon from Regal, was the easiest, fastest, most hassle-free, purchase that I have ever made. In this out of the normal car market, I had already experienced a few run arounds at other dealerships. But once I started a conversation with Michael Hughes at Regal, everything went smoothly. I was apprehensive to purchase a vehicle that had yet to make it to the dealer lot. Michael re-assured me every step of the way until my vehicle showed up. Once inside the dealership, Michael, Darrell, and Pedro all made the process easy and friendly. I can easily recommend Michael and his team to anyone in the market.

Car shopping brings me so much anxiety. I visited Regal GMC & was assisted by Michael Hughes, Michael Boswell, and Pedro. When I arrived the vehicle that I inquired about online was already waiting for me under the canopy. The purchase was by far the least painless ever. Upon entering the dealership, I was promptly greeted & I expressed the need to complete the process in a timely manner & both Michaels assured me that I would be assisted expeditiously. I drove the Terrain & immediately fell in love. The finance portion of the process went rather quickly. The longest part was getting the truck detailed. Yes, the brand new truck was cleaned inside & out & the gas tank was filled. While waiting, all reps made sure that I was comfortable & offered snacks & drinks. Exceptional customer service is very important to me. I want to feel valued when I’m spending my money & value isn’t just in the product, service is a huge component! Thank you guys for a top notch experience while visiting.

My husband purchased a new 2018 GMC Sierra from Regal GMC...

My husband purchased a new 2018 GMC Sierra from Regal GMC back in 2018 and was very happy with the sales experience. Fast forward to October 1, 2021. My husband dropped his truck off at a closer dealership to check out a possible transmission issue. On Saturday,October 2, this other dealership confirms that there is indeed something wrong with the transmission. No worries, we thought, we bought an extended warranty with Regal. So on Monday, we follow up only to be told the claim is denied because Regal filled out the wrong paperwork for the warranty. They filled out paperwork for a used car with a manufacturer’s warranty, not a new car warranty. We contact Regal, and spoke to Rick(a salesman), who confirmed that yes the wrong paperwork was filled out, but we’d need to talk to Pedro the next day, no earlier than 12pm, to get it corrected. Pedro called at 1pm on Tuesday, very apologetic and said he would get it corrected. On Wednesday, Pedro contacts us to get the exact miles on the truck, and when my husband follows up to confirm he doesn’t need anything else, Pedro doesn’t even realize who he is speaking with and confuses us with someone else. WE DONT HEAR ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL SATURDAY, October 8th, AND WE HAD TO BE THE ONES TO REACH OUT. My husband advises Pedro the warranty company is still waiting for the corrected documents before they will even come out and look at the truck (so just to keep this straight, we have now gone over a week without making any kind of progress) Pedro advises us it takes a little time for the paperwork to be processed, but does confirm the warranty is active. He provided my husband with a contract#. Again, we don’t hear anything until today(October 11) when my husband calls the warranty company, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT PEDRO BOUGHT A NEW WARRANTY THAT IS EXPIRED AND DOES NOT COVER THE TRUCK! (You can’t make this up!) My husband immediately calls Regal and explains the newest dilemma. We tried to reach the Finance Manager, Chris, and he is not available. So they take our number and we our told we will get a call back. It is now 8:08pm and we aren’t holding our breath that a phone call will be made tonight. Now, all of this wouldn’t be a super big deal if Regal had agreed to give us a loaner vehicle or pay for a rental until either the warranty paperwork was fixed or heavens-to-betsy, the truck is repaired. This whole mess, since October 4th has been because of their multiple mistakes. But no, they told us since they aren’t the ones making the repairs they can’t offer a loaner or pay for a rental. So needless to say we will not be recommending Regal to anyone and offer you fair warning if you are considering buying from them

Highly highly recommend Regal Lakeland. I was referred to Austin Carrigan by a friend. From the minute we arrived at Regal GMC we were greeted by the Manager Mike H. who beyond was pleasant and inviting. I asked for Austin and he came right out. Austin already had the truck pulled up under the covered area for my husband to see. Mike & Austin started telling my husband all about the truck, Mike went and got a plate for him to test drive. We ended up buying a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Diesel, exactly what my husband wanted. The at home feel we received the way the deal was constructed, (us all in a room together) no going back and forth. As well as Amy Wilson the Finance Manger was present. This was by far the BEST experience I have and my husband have ever received from a dealer ship. Husband said it made him feel like the good ole’ days where you make a deal on a handshake. Thank you to such a great team and thank you Mike & Austin for your Service. This will be the only dealership we will buy from. The Rogers Just to mention we bought the vehicle during Hurricane Ian.
